It’s reported that three men including a soldier was gunned down early this morning on Molynes Road.
According to police reports about 4:40 a.m, an Audi motor vehicle with four occupants were on Molynes Road close-by to the Olympia Crown Hotel, heading to half way tree when they were intercepted by two men on a black Honda bike, without license plate.
One armed with a Glock and the other with a M16 rifle opened fire on the car hitting the soldier who was driving.
According to a policeman on the scene, before getting shot, the driver of the Audi hit the bike into a wall. The bike men were killed upon impact and the driver of the car was later pronounced dead.
The roadway is currently blocked as police are processing the crime scene.
The deceased soldier has been identified as 26-year-old Fernando Wayne Dixon of a Greater Portmore address in St Andrew.
