A three-year-old boy has died, and his father along with another child have been hospitalised following a gun attack at their home on Nelson Street in Denham Town early Saturday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Zaylon Pinnock.
Reports indicate that shortly after 1:00 a.m., armed men went to the premises, which also houses a business establishment, posing as customers. The assailants reportedly opened fire on the father and his family.
When the gunfire ended, the father, Zaylon, and another child were discovered suffering from gunshot wounds. All three were rushed to hospital in Kingston, where Zaylon was pronounced dead. The father and the other child were admitted for treatment.
