Two men have lost their lives and seven others were hospitalized, one in critical condition, following a three vehicle crash in Braco, Trelawny on Wednesday night.
The identities of the deceased have not yet been disclosed.
Reports indicate that the crash occurred about 9:00 p.m. and involved a Toyota Hiace, a Toyota Fielder, and a Toyota Voxy.
It is understood that one of the victims died at the scene. Another was among two individuals who had to be extricated from the wreckage by emergency responders and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The seven injured persons were taken to hospital for treatment, with one said to be in critical condition.
The Trelawny police have since launched an investigation into the incident.
