A video allegedly showing a couple in a compromising position during a picnic date at Devon House in St. Andrew has gone viral on social media, triggering widespread debate and criticism.
The clip, which has been circulating on several social media platforms, reportedly shows the man and woman lying underneath a large blanket on the lawn with the man positioned on top of the woman. According to people who claimed to have seen what unfold, the couple appeared to be behaving in a manner many considered inappropriate for such a public location.
The video was reportedly recorded by a passerby who became suspicious after noticing unusual movement beneath the blanket. Moments later, the individual began filming, and the footage quickly spread online, attracting thousands of views, comments, and shares.
As the clip gained traction, social media users flooded comment sections with mixed reactions. While some questioned whether the couple’s privacy had been invaded, many others strongly condemned their alleged behaviour.
“How can they be doing that in public where there are kids?” one social media user commented. Another person wrote, “This is absolutely disgusting. Families come to Devon House to relax and enjoy themselves. There are children running around the lawns every day.”
Others argued that public spaces should be respected, saying such conduct, if true, was very inappropriate.
The identities of the individuals in the video remains unknown.
