Police have launched an investigation into the killing of a woman on Glenmuir Drive in May Pen, Clarendon, on Tuesday night.
The deceased has been identified as 46-year-old Jennifer Williams.
According to police reports, about 10:30 p.m., Williams and her partner were involved in a dispute. Investigators say the situation escalated and she was reportedly attacked with a sharp object.
Williams was rushed to hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Police say they are seeking to question her partner as part of the ongoing investigation.
