It’s reported that 14-year-old girl was brutally killed by a man of unsound mind in St Andrew on Thursday afternoon.
According to police reports she was sexually assaulted and stabbed multiple times by the man at her home.
She has been identified as 14-year-old Price Johnson, a ninth-grade student of Haile Selassie High School.
The teen was at her home in Palm Grove Court on Spanish Town Road, when a man believed to be of unsound mind burst into the apartment and sexually assaulted her before killing her.
He then escaped and police are asking for the public help to locate him. The man has been identified as Imani Lignott of a Crescent Road address.
She was rushed to Kingston Public Hospital (KPH) where she succumbed to her injuries.
