A 14-year-old boy is believed to have drowned at Reggae Falls in Seaforth, St Thomas, on Sunday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Romario Hyman, a student who resided on Wyatt Road in the Seaforth Housing Scheme.
According to reports, around 4 p.m., the teenager was visiting the popular attraction when he was discovered submerged in a deep hole beneath the waterfall.
Law enforcement was alerted, and an investigation has since been launched into the incident.
Authorities have not released additional details as the probe continues. The matter is currently being handled by the Seaforth police.
